i heard you can take a bath with vinger in it to get rid of a yeast infection, does this work, and if it does, how much vinger do you put in the bath?

If you will eat yogurt often you will never get a yeast infection.I use to get them all the time and a retired nurse told me to eat yogurt often and I would never get them again.I thought she was a nut! Tried it and I have not had a yeast infection in 8 years!
