I have around 7% body fat and I weigh 125 lbs. I’m 5′6” tall.
I do have some sort of six pack, I can see it when I flex but not that visible, I know its there though. I also can see it VERY clearly under certain lighting. But just casually I don’t see it.
I don’t do much sit ups or specific weight training. I train in mixed martial arts and do cardio & conditioning about 5 days a week. Is this normal?
Does anyone have a good experience with the slimming pills Hoodia Gordonii Plus? Do they work?

I ordered Hoodia Gordonii Plus after reading rave reviews about it. It doesn’t work. I am sending back for a rhe bottle says 400 mg per serving. A serving is 2 capsules so it seems to only be 200mg per pill. Also, it makes me feel a little jittery after I take it. Could that be from the Green Tea Leaf Extract ?

‘ve been on my own weight loss program for about six months. Last year I really freaked out how obese I was, and vowed to loose 100lbs in one year. I eat less calories, eat healthier, and work out; I’ve lost nearly 60lbs since May. Currently, I have plateaued out, and am losing a wee bit of my drive. I think the psychology of taking something to "help" would boost me a bit. I am hoping to find a reputable site that one of you has used that sells hoodia. I’m fairly new to running longer distances and I was wondering if you are supposed to flex/ keep abs fairly flexed while running?
Whenever I don’t flex I rotate my upper body too much and hurt my lower back.
Any advice?

I am 14 5ft7 123lbs and 8% body fat. I already kind of have a 4 pack when I flex. How long will it take to get a clear full blown 6 pack (assuming I do crunches 5 days a week)?
