Paul asks…

I want to design logos and motivational quotes on exercise clothing. Does anyone know how to start?

admin answers:

How will you get the logos on the clothing? Embroidery? Silkscreening? Or do you just want to do the designing and sell the designs to other companies?

Embroidery, you would have to buy digitizing software which ranges anywhere from $500-$5000. Silkscreen, you would have to buy something like Corel draw for silkscreeners.

If you are going to put the designs on the clothes you would need an embroidery machine.

The easiest way would probably be to just buy a DTG printer. Http://www.swfeast.com/en/kiosk.asp You can find a lot of info on that site about everything.

William asks…

Motivational Words or Pictures?

Is there anything I can print off the internet that will motivate me even more to be bigger and stronger. I’m 15 and I wish to be a lot bigger. Maybe something like Arnold Schwarzenegger?

admin answers:

Well, altho i never need motivation because i actually love working out till i cant move lol. However there are times when you dont feel you have the energy.

Firstly, set your mind, YOU HAVE TO DO THIS 3 TIMES A WEEK (for example).

Then what i do is, take a piece of paper, and write down the objective (getting bigger and stronger) and then under it, right down 15-30 reasons why you want to reach that goal. This may sound stupid, but list everything you can think of. Confidence? Health? Looks? Believing in yourself? Reaching the limits? Impressing that girl you like? There are infinity things if you think about it. Have you ever been bullied and couldnt defend yourself? Have you ever been through a situation which you could have avoided by intimidating the offender just by your muscles?

I believe, if a guy lists down enough reasons to do something, they WILL DO IT. NO MATTER WHAT. You will only need to write all this down one time. And when you train (listen to music) think of the reasons. This way you can push harder and harder.

Try it before ditching it as useless crap.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Michael asks…

Need some motivational words?

Basically, me and my friend work at the same place since about 6 months ago. We have both been promoted about 2 times, and we usually are equal in our work. Yesterday, he had been promoted into a higher rank and I didn’t. Were still very good friends with our boss but I feel that I should also have been promoted. I am trying to be humble about it but every time I think about it, it gets to me. Anyone know what I should do, should I just forget about it and be humble?

admin answers:

Just let things be and fall into place like they should. If you allow it to affect you in any way then let it motivate you to work even harder than now.

Your Questions About Motivational Quotes For Work

Carol asks…

Is that rude or unprofessional of me to want to ask a mans secretary if his wife is well?

A very nice man I know is retiring….and I wanted to email him some jokes/quotes with my final thank you letter. A few of them are pretty funny, but they mention ‘the wife’ like how when a man retires the woman now has a full time job on her hands, just silly things like that…and motivational quotes / etc…..

I just dont know if I should cut those out completely, because about a year ago his wife was in the hospital, I dont know if she fell and got hurt…but she was injured….and I never really followed up on it, because Ive always wished my best, and spoke of work only….

Would that be strange of me to call and ask his secretary if his wife is well? Or something of that nature?? Now that im typing this I feel like a COMPLETE weirdo (lol)))

His last day in office is tomorrow, he’s a county worker and completely at the top of management, he’s helped me for 3.5 years….I was going to mail him a nice retirement card…but then found out tomorrow is his last day. I was told it would be the end of the month….ideas? Thoughts??

admin answers:

Not at all. It actually shows that you’re being polite and friendly. Of course, don’t just ask that one question. Say goodbye and stuff. Say how you congratulate him for all his work in the past and how he helped you. Then, halfway through the conversation, ask about his wife. Say something like:

“Oh by the way, I forgot to ask, how is his wife doing? Sorry to ask it through you (The secretary), it’s just I won’t have the chance to ask him. You see, the thing is, I heard about her injury last year, and I haven’t heard any updates on it. I’m just wondering if she’s okay.”

Just say something like that. It should be fine. Just explain that you didn’t hear any updates on her injury, and ask what happened to her. Believe me, if the guy really is nice, then he won’t take any offense. He’ll probably feel happy that you asked. It shows that you actually care.

Hope I was able to help!

Nancy asks…

pharmacy employee problems?

I work in a pharmacy. and i seem to be having trouble with my district manager. He doesn’t want any papers hanging up such as calenders, or cheat papers(they come in handy)because he says its policy. Also, he doesn’t want us to wear zip-hoodies which according to store policy as long don’they don’t have a logo we are aloud to, according to him we are not a loud to because they have pockets but he says its policy. or food for example one tech is diabetic and asked if she could keep her glucose tablets in the pharmacy provided she have a doctors note he said NO because its policy! not to mention he sends his wife to spy on us “who is not employed by the company he or i work for” and reports back to him what we were doing. now he complains our moral is low. which is correct because we are all unhappy.
my questions are
The next time he says something is policy should i ask for it in text! like in a associate policy handbook or online or something because it seems like he is on a power trip.

would it be a good idea to put up Motivational Quotes? to keep us motivated.

Its sad to say but im afraid if i ask “can i see the policy in text or hard copy” that he will fire me. I just dont know what to do and i need advice. Can anyone help. should i go above his head. should i contact corporates head office.

admin answers:

When you were hired, were you given an employee handbook to go over? You can ask for a “recent” one next time you are told it’s “policy”.

By the way, what does the pharmacist who works with you say about all this? Does he go along with the whole mess or is he feeling the same way, too?

Mary asks…

Do you remember the REAL motivational posters?

Do you remember the original motivational posters? I’m sure you guys know which ones I’m talking about…the posters that used to be really popular in the 90′s and early 2000′s. They would have a picture of something generic like a mountain climber with a cheesy inspirational quote like “Keep reaching for your goals.” Or maybe a picture of a sailboat with a quote saying “Full sail ahead” etc. I remember seeing them all over the place when I was in high school, and I guess they were part of the whole “self help” movement that was popular in the 90′s and early 2000′s.

Of course, they were lame even back then so eventually people started making fake “de-motivational” pictures to make fun of them. The original motivational posters have been around for a long time…since about 1995 I think. But I only started seeing the fake de-motivational pictures a few years ago.

I’m just curious if people remember the original ones. I keep seeing questions here, from people asking about “the pictures with quotes on them” and they’re talking about the de-motivational pictures. It seems like they don’t remember the original posters. To me, a parody only works if you actually remember the original. You know, like how a Weird Al song is only funny if you actually heard the original song.
Ace Ventura…those are DE-motivational posters. I’m talking about the REAL original motivational posters. The ones that those pictures were making fun of. Do you remember those? I think the joke only works if you remember the original posters.
LOL…yeah, now you have it. Those are the posters I remember. When I was in high school, they used to put them up in the school office and some teachers had in the classroom.
Or like this one:

http://www.allposters.com/-sp/Perseverance-Cliffhanger-Posters_i113373_.htm

admin answers:

Yeah I remember them. I’m 19 and now in college and they were in my high school all 4 years and middle school (I can’t remember them from before then but I’m sure they were there). I’ve also seen them in some classrooms at my university, so they’re still out there.

Sandra asks…

Losing motivation to study…help please!?

I’m preparing for an important grad school entrance exam but have been losing my motivation to study lately (could be a burnout, I just cant figure it out).
I’ve taken this 3 times previously but had my weaknesses in certain areas. This time, I’m taking it for the last time (it better be my last time) but I’m losing motivation to study. I have about 2 months left.
Sometimes I read motivational quotes, or watch motivational videos…and they really keep me stay pumped up for 1 or 2 days, but after that, I’m back to where I was again. In other words, I can’t find the “thing” that’ll keep me studying and keep me motivated throughout the day, every single day.
I wasn’t a lazy student in college. I had a 3.87/4.00 gpa and have been on top of my work. But maybe preparing for this exam for the 4th time is wearing me out. I really don’t know what it is.
You have no idea how much this exam is stressing me out. It basically changed my personality and character, and I’m acting/doing stupid stuff in front of my family and friends b/c I’m really stressed out about it.
What do I do? Any advice is appreciated.

admin answers:

Based upon personal experience, it sounds like you’re running into a cycle of hope feeding despair.

The fact that you did well in college would lead a rational person to believe that you would pass the exam with flying colors on the first try, and failing the exam was probably a traumatic event.

When you took the exam a second and third time, you undoubtedly got your hopes up that this would be last time, only to be further traumatized by further failure.

Now you’ve probably reached the point where every time you try to study for the exam it merely brings up the prospect that you fail the exam regardless of how often you take it, and regardless of how much you study. Passing the exam will undoubtedly open worlds for you (give you hope), but you have come to believe that you cannot pass it, and you are going through an endless downward cycle of hope feeding despair on this issue.

I have come to believe that for many of us, depression is a learned form of behavior and is an adverse reaction to hope. In this case, you have come to believe that you can’t pass the exam.

To further illustrate the above, you’re probably familiar with Pavlov’s dog. Pavlov trained his dog to salivate every time he blew a whistle by feeding it after blowing a whistle. However, imagine what would have happened if Pavlov kicked the crap out of the dog every time he offered it food. I suspect the dog would end up starving to death or eating Pavlov.

The idea that hope can feed despair came to me after I came home from the Gulf War. I volunteered to deploy to Saudi Arabia before the war started, despite the fact that I had dealt with chronic depression for much of my life and I didn’t have much of a realistic expectation of surviving if war occurred. I deployed with very high fear that the isolation common to war would further deepen the depression, and my wife and my psychologist and I agreed that if I became suicidal I would let them know and I she would have me declared unfit for duty.

To my surprise I was never depressed during the war and, in fact, I was one of the most stable people I knew. People came to me for help and I thought my time with depression had ended. However, shortly after I returned from the war I slunk deeply into despair.

I gave the above a lot of thought and came to the conclusion that what had been keeping my depression in place was hope. The reason I wasn’t depressed after I left for the war is that I wasn’t going to survive the war, so there was no hope to feed the despair.

With the above in mind, I began to build up my ability to survive hope by deliberately placing myself in situations where I new that the hope would bring on despair. The central issue for my depression is isolation, so I would do things like go to church on Sunday and prepare for the inevitable crash that followed. After a few rounds of this, I was able to get to church on a somewhat regular basis, and I’m continuing to get better at it.

I began to pick other activities that I knew would engender hope that would lead to my despair, and continue to do so. I still have to deal with despair on a daily basis, but with each passing year I grow stronger.

I highly recommend looking at your upcoming exam in an unemotional mindset. I realize that this is damn near impossible, but it can be done.

You will either pass the exam or you won’t, and each time you take the exam you have a better chance that you will it. Also, go into study mode coldly knowing full well that you will undoubtedly find yourself sinking into despair each time you try to study. However, try to step outside yourself and watch yourself sink. Then talk to sinking sell and tell yourself that you not only can swim, but you can fly as well. If possible, laugh as you watch yourself sink into oblivion. Think of it as something that you would see in a Monty Python movie.

Look at the material that you are struggling to prepare for, and sit down and devise a plan for learning the material. On this night, I will study…. On the following night I will study…., etc.
More importantly, resolve to continue to take the exam regardless of how often you have to take it. Eventually, you will pass the exam, and you will be stronger for having done so.

Your Questions About Motivational Speeches

Robert asks…

What NFL coach would you like to get a motivational speech from?

Let’s say your down 3 touchdowns at halftime, Which coach’s speech would inspire you to play your butt off in the second half? Could be past or present. I don’t know why, but i’m thinking Jimmy Johnson.

admin answers:

Tony D’Amato – Al Pacino/Any Given Sunday.

Oh does he have to be real? LOL. Ok, Herm Edwards. I have heard him speak and he’s awesome…too bad his team wasn’t any good, LOL.

I also like Sean Payton and Tony Dungy.

Bill Belichick and Eric Mangini are sketchy and have no personality. Jon Gruden and Tom Coughlin seem like miserable personalities, although I bet Gruden could be entertaining/psycho. John Fox and Jack Del Rio kind of seem like meatheads. And Wade Philips seems kind of clueless.

Joseph asks…

I have to do a Motivational Speech and I’m scared! How can I get over the Stage Fright?

The Speech is Called Do you believe in me? I will speak a district wide Teacher Conference and go to several other schools in the area.I might go all around Ohio!

admin answers:

If you’re presenting at a teacher conference, many of the people in the audience have been up in front of a crowd. They know what it’s like, and are more receptive to you if you’re nervous. When I first began teaching, I was terrified, and I was only in front of thirty kids. I just kept telling myself that I know my stuff, and the hell with them if they don’t appreciate it. Obviously you are something special if you have been asked to give this speech at a district conference. Keep telling yourself that, and also focus on the message that you want them to take away from your speech. That focus should also help calm the nerves. Practice your speech as well. The more you practice, the more it becomes a routine for you. Then if your nerves threaten at all, you have the repetition and routine to fall back on. Good luck, and kick butt! :)

My cousin said that his CO in afghanistan did a weird motivational speech, how legal is it?

He said something like “Statistically our unit will be responsible for the deaths of more than 1,000 people one year from now on, so lets get started”. Isn’t this something like a call to genocide?

admin answers:

Things like that are said all the time in the military. One thing that we have to do, regardless of if it is politically correct or offends people, is close off our emotions to a point, and learn to laugh at some tragedy.

I have said SO much worse than that on my two deployments, and I cannot think of a single Soldier/Marine that I have ever had the privelege to know down range who didnt say similar things…

He wasnt actually saying “lets go kill 1000 people”, it was his way of saying “we have a job to do, so toughen up and lets do it”

Your Questions About Motivational Words

Charles asks…

[Ramadan]; Some motivational words needed here…?

Ok so to motivate me to get up and stop being lazy, and also to show what rewards you get from praying Namaaz/Salaah, I decided to put together a kind of ‘moodboard’ but with motivational words.

Any motivational words that would encourage me to do every Salaah and not miss any no matter what? Either your own words, words from Hadith, Qur’aan, or whatever :)
An example would be;
Benefits of praying;
Fajr – improves your beauty
Zuhr – increases your income
Asr – increases your Health
Maghrib – good future for your kids
Isha – a good sleep

http://www.ummah.com/forum/showthread.php?243691-Are-there-any-benefits-in-Salah

Salaam :)
@Talking to the Moon and AbdulMalik; The reason why I posted the link above in the question was because I was sure someone was going to ask whether it is authentic or not. I do not know whether it is authentic or not.. so if you want to investigate then you can :)

@Mani; Wow, your mind is full of motivation :)

admin answers:

Salam sister. We should only say about the Deen of Allah swt what is the truth. What we do know from Qur’an and Sunnah is that from the benefits of praying all our prayers and keeping the commands of Allah swt, we increase in beauty, reward, health, protection of ourselves and our loved ones, good sleep and contentment, etc (taking this life and the next, as the final and true life is the next – and the true result of our deeds is seen there, so true beauty is there, true health is there, true reward is there, etc) – but we should not attribute these as specific reward to specific prayers, Unless we have proof that the Prophet saws taught us this.

I can encourage you by saying, if you obey Allah swt, Allah swt will love you. And from His love is He will bestow an eternal life to you, forgive you, grant you His pleasure and His Paradise. And we should hasten to His pleasure.

????? ?????????? ??? ???????? ??? ???????
20:83. “And what made you hasten from your people, O Mûsa (Moses)?”

????? ???? ???????? ?????? ??????? ?????????? ???????? ????? ??????????
20:84. He said: “They are close on my footsteps, and I hastened to You, O my Lord, that You might be pleased.”

Add : Mani : “Like philosophy is the food for though and energy of the mind.” – maybe for simple minds ;) For real minds, the pure source of energy, knowledge and light is Revelation. And to prove it, I can debate you on Any topic you choose – you can respond using philosophy (lol) and I will respond using Revelation. And I have already won, because the knowledge of Revelation is from God. And philosphy is guess from humans. It was nice debating you, dear Mani :)

Add : Mani, if you were true to your statement of wanting to learn from wherever you can, then why Block me ? That sounds like defeat to me – because you are incapable of handling responses that shatter the falsehood and delusion of much of philosophy and shows how simple it is, compared to the richness and superiority of pure Revelation. Like when you used to ask who likes your poems, but had to block those who criticized it !

Add : Mani, what an interesting way to admit the defeat of philosophy. Your philosophy masters won’t be proud of you ;) At least, I have not blocked you – do you know why ? Ken asks…

Motivational words for someone who has lost over 150 pounds.?

It’s been about 8 months now since I have lost over 150 pounds.(I’m 19 birthday is in October) It’s been a long and daunting task to get to where I am, one that I often times forget, caught up in this new self image I have created…necessary to become who I am today. A self image that I might never live up to, one that has grown many times since the time it was invented. It seems that every time I finally feel like I have lived up to that image a new one is created. The people who I find attractive now have completely changed, someone I found to be attractive at one time, no longer seem as beautiful as I remember them. I now have to compare myself to male models, I figure I am at least somewhat attractive at times because I was hired at A&F and have heard a few people mention how attractive I am. Either way.. is this just me realizing I have reached my limit in terms of appearance? I’m no longer satisfied when I look into the mirror most of the time, although sometimes I catch a glimpse of me that matches the new image in my head…Only to remember that in the end it doesn’t matter, I know how hideous I look without a shirt. Who cares if when I have a shirt on it looks like I might have a 6 pack, and nice pecs, in the end I know whats really there. All the loose skin, and the damage that was done from being so overweight all of my life until now. That’s what kills me inside. All of this work, all the energy spent…has led to this. Not only did I succeed in loosing weight I also succeeded in becoming a living lie. Oh and I just love it when I hear the occasional, “oh you don’t look like you work at abercrombie” (usually from a high-school or younger girl” although I have heard the “oh, you totally have the look like work there”(from women 20+) Or when my best friend said that I have nothing now that I didn’t have back then…maybe they are right… Long story, thanks to those who read it. I don’t know what to do anymore, all I think about everyday is if people around me can notice the loose skin I have at my abdomen. I work as a server where I have to tuck in my shirt and all I can think about is if they can see the skin.. making sure my shirt is baggy enough. Thanks again, any motivational words or advice you can share with me would be greatly aprreciated!

admin answers:

Well first off CONGRATULATIONS!
Losing over 150 pounds is a great accomplishment!
Everybody has some kind of insecurity about themselves, so you’re not alone.
As for the loose skin, you should exercise. I know it wont get rid of all of the loose skin but it will definitely help a little, if you are still unhappy with the loose skin you might want to think about plastic surgery? It is expensive and is a bit risky, but its just an idea.

Donald asks…

I need motivational words to sing for him?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for 3 years and have never sang for him. He really wants me to sing. He says it’s not the singing in general that he wants, it’s just he wants to know I feel comfortable enough around him to sing. I understand him completely. I sing while I’m alone, but if anyone is around, even if it’s family or friends I won’t sing.

I just need something to push me to sing. I always tell myself “Alright, today in the car I will sing for him” and then when the time comes to sing I can’t do it. I need help. Can someone give me some motivational words please? I love my boyfriend so much, but something about singing just makes me so shy. I’m not shy with anything else, just the singing.

admin answers:

It was the same for me.Think about how much you love each other.Sing a song on the radio,do it for at least a minute.Or do sing when doing dishes and you know he is near enough to hear you sing.Sing about how much you love him.Get on a bus with everyone singing, and join in..no one will even notice,…but the man you love

Sandy asks…

I need help. I would just like some motivational words, I’m sick of feeling this way?

This guy and I had a thing he has now left for college. We’ve always had a thing, but we always kept it a secret. I’ve been seeing other guys now, but no one compares to him. No one compares to the way he talks to me, touches me, etc. We never went out so not many people knew or know about us. I feel like we never happened and I keep getting upset because I feel as if I’ll never find anyone as great as him. In a way he’s the only one I’ve ever had, but any guy that’s liked me he’s the best and I’ve liked him the most. I just get really upset when I realize that what we had was never official and no one knew about us so we never got to show the world what we had. It’s as if he’s moved on and I’m still there. Emotionally, I’ve been much better, but I feel like we were never a real thing when what we had actually was real. :| Even though he was a real assh0le he really did make me feel special and he was kind of the first guy I truly liked. I am okay most of the time, but sometimes I get mad depressed because he was the best I had. I know I am still young I’m 16, but I get sad sometimes. I want to hear some motivational words please because I’m sick of feeling this way over and over again. I miss him. anything that reminds me of him makes me want to cry, but I can’t cause it’s over and I just want to realize that there are going to be better guys for me who care about me much more than he did for me, but it’s hard to believe right now. PLEASE HELP. and I’m sick of hearing, your guy will come along, please say anything besides that. thank you. Dx

admin answers:

If nobody even new the two of you were together there’s a problem. Obviously it didn’t mean as much to him as it meant to you. I’m not going to sugar coat anything just because it’s what you want to hear. You are 16, and everyone has that guy or girl that just blew them away, and that they thought they loved more than anything in the world. But, you’ve got a lot of life ahead of you. Why waste it on someone who didn’t even acknowledge you as his girl? It’s time to move on. Maybe that’s not what you want to hear, but it’s reality. One of these days you’re going to look back on this and think, what was i thinking? Why would i lower myself that low? Some guy is going to come along and blow your mind away. Even more so than this guy did. And you know what? He’s going to be damn proud to let the world know that he’s in love with you. That’s the way it should be. I’m sure it doesn’t feel good to have your relationship with a guy you think you love be invisible to the rest of the world. When people are in love they want to scream it off the top of a mountain. So, stop listening to that sad music, and wasting your time mourning something that never was anyway, and get yourself together. We all get our hearts broken at some point in our lives. It makes us stronger people. And you realize sometimes what you thought was, never was. I wish you the best!

What are some very light-hearted, bright, happy, motivational songs sung by Len Kagamine?

I’ve been searching for awhile.. But it feels like only 25% of the videos I’ve found so far are even close..
They’re all so depressing. Annoying. I want something fast-paced! Motivational! C’mon!

admin answers:

First off, I agree with the first comment. Hot Cocoa!
Hmm…not exactly “fast-paced”, but motivational in a sense: Discotheque Love.
Fast-paced but leans a little towards rebellion: Borderlands!
Fast-paced, not saddening but pretty pointless (also one of my favorites; has Rin): Remote Control/RemoCon
Light-hearted and happy (has Rin): Like, Dislike
Fast-paced (has Rin): Parallelines
Happy and light (has Rin): Juvenile
Pretty light and bright: World is Mine

=w=” sorry so many of those songs have Rin in them…
Or if you want, you can always opt to listen to a song that wasn’t originally sung by Len, but converted to his voice by a fan.

I am the only who salesperson who hit the quarterly goal in furniture sales. How can I motivate the others?

As the newest salesman, both in furniture sales experience and length of employment, I am the only one out of a staff of 6 who met their quarterly goal so I’ll recieve a bonus.
Beginning in January I began to read articles on the internet pertaining to sales techniques, relationship building, motivational quotes and anything else I could find.
I put together a book at work for the others to read at their conveniene. No one has even picked it up.
I love that stuff!
It gets me prepared and keeps my head in the selling game.
I’ve relearned many things and have realized just how important it is in sales to be a good listener and conversationalist.
Fortunatly, my prior career in the Funeral and cemetery business helped me to acquire many of my skills.
How can I get more of the team, including our young owner, to join me? She’s seems so uptight and rarely smiles anymore.
A positive, fun sales floor makes for a much better furniture buying experience for our customers.

Has puberty destroyed me? should I tell someone?

Ever since I’v hit puberty(15) I can’t socialize, I’ve become very nervous and have no self-esteem.
I can’t even walk past strangers with some feelings of discomfort. And I can’t take my eyes off hot women, but yet if they tryed to talk to me my mind would become blank and I would become extremely nervous(like those nerds in high school movies, only I’m not a nerd). I can’t motivate myself, nothing interests me anymore. Not even the beauty of planet earth. My perception of life has been raped as well as my gift of self. I never said a single word for the last few years of school….and people think I’m a weirdo because of it. I also missed 1 in 3 days(lol) and for my final exams I took when I was 18…I failed, even though I had great potential. I could never concentrate and when I came across something I didn’t understand I would become so angry…I just hated school like nothing else, it truly was torture, I kept myself awake the whole night too thinking (School tomorrow, no!) My feelings go from hyper to low, to feeling suicidal to hyper etc. but never happy. I’m happy when I smoke weed…

I’ve lost all my friends, I’ve forced myself to go out and talk to people many times but failed and made a show of myself. The skin on my face is terrible, I’ve lost my good lucks and a mole has even developed.

I FEEL SO ANGRY ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!

im 18 now and will these feelings disappear or what. my parents made me speak to a councellor before but that never helped, I’v read all motivational quotes etc. I’v also tried stress reducing techniques but they didn’t work. please some good advice….my head is melted. all I can do is stay in my room now….i jog in the evening and do some bodyweight exercises, but even that doesn’t help. thanks 4 reading that

A social scientist name Maslow discovered WHY we are motivated and it is based on a hierarchy of needs. We will die in order to get air or water, we will fight for food, and work hard for security, These describe the basic needs and the security needs. The next group is the belonging need, I feel you are experiencing anxiety because of a lack of social interaction. From your writing, (face, mole, jogging, weights) I feel you might have a poor body image, thus making you nervous around others, especially women. At 18, everyone looks awkward and weird. I remember those times and think I was at my ugliest. :) Get help from your counselor on WHY you might have a poor impression of your self image. Do you have 2 heads? Otherwise, everyone feels some of what you are, but you seem to have taken it to an extreme, unfounded and disproportionate to reality. You must learn to be objective in your evaluation of yourself. Good luck, resolution lies with the help of another counselor… The Right counselor.
