the women said it will not last longer than 15 minutes and will involve no competency based questions i’m so confused lol HELP oh and its for customer service officer if that helps!

It will be general knowledge stuff but she will want to see how fast and accurate you are, don’t say eh umn eh, they wont like that, talk clearly and confidently, if you pass this test they then do a credit check, if you have bad credit you wont get any further, surprised they are taking on staff as one of their branches just announced a big pay off of staff.
